Privacy and cookie policy

For anything about your data, write to info@deal.hr, message us on WhatsApp (+385 95 621 5550) or use the form on the home page.

Only what you send us yourself when you get in touch:

• through the form on the site: your name (optional), e-mail and message,
• through WhatsApp: your number and what we talk about.

The server the site runs on automatically logs technical data about each visit, such as IP address, time of access and browser type. This is for the security and operation of the site and is not linked to your name.

To reply to your message, prepare an offer and agree on working together. These are steps taken before a contract, which is also the legal basis for processing. We keep technical logs for the security of the site, which is our legitimate interest.

We don't send newsletters, we don't target ads at you based on data from this site, and we never sell data to anyone.

Netlify hosts the site and receives form messages; form data is stored with them and processed on our behalf. Netlify is based in the US, and the data transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Fonts, images and videos load from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to Google or other services.

WhatsApp and Instagram: if you message us on WhatsApp or click an Instagram profile (ours or a client's), their privacy rules apply too. The site doesn't embed them, it only links to them.

We keep a message for as long as the conversation about it lasts. If we end up working together, the data stays for the duration of the work and as long as accounting rules require afterwards. You can ask for deletion at any time, unless the law requires us to keep the data.

At any time you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, object to processing, and get your data in a portable format. Just write to info@deal.hr; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, azop.hr.

The site stores only one essential entry in your browser: your answer to the cookie notice, accepted or declined, so we don't show it to you every time. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, ours or anyone else's, so accepting and declining give the same result: the site works the same. You can delete this entry in your browser settings.

If we ever add anything that tracks visits, we will write it here first and ask for your consent before it is set.

We update this policy when the way the site works changes. Valid from 1 October 2026.
